Two ways to participate
Public Career Pulse is open without registration: express a fixed-choice opinion on AI, timing and the most valuable skill. Ballots are unreviewed community hypotheses, not job-loss probabilities, representative surveys or inputs to your assessment score. We pool all locations and show distributions only from five ballots. No reputation points are awarded. The evidence contribution process below is distinct: reviewed claims can inform published skill snapshots and earn reputation.
Three evidence dimensions
Vote on skill importance, human involvement and learning value (1–5, or unsure). Supply an evidence link, reasoning, discovery channel and commercial-interest declaration. One current vote per person / occupation / country / skill; revisions replace your vote, not multiply it. Anonymous assessments do not vote on your behalf.
Review before publication
Registered contributors submit to pending review. Reviewers may approve, reject or quarantine with reasons, and cannot approve their own votes. Only approved, non-conflicted votes contribute to future consensus snapshots. Rankings require at least 30 reviewed contributors per dimension and no declared channel over 50%; this is a quality gate, not proof of representativeness.
Points and permissions
An approved non-conflicted skill vote earns 5 points; an accepted occupation proposal earns 20. Pending, rejected, quarantined, conflicted or withdrawn skill votes earn none. Withdrawal/re-review recalculates points. Levels rise every 100 points, capped at level 5. Points do not purchase influence or automatically grant review privileges.
Access during the preview
Assessments and quick opinion polls work without an account. Create a contributor account with a pseudonymous username and password to track evidence submissions and reputation. Email is optional for account recovery; no real name, resume or identity document is requested. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing or monthly reports and does not save private assessment answers. Only authorized reviewers can access the review queue.
